Cyclee engineering integrates security at the very heart of the transmission to effectively neutralize theft risks. Thanks to the exclusive architecture of our automatic gearbox, the system engages "Neutral Lock" mode as soon as you move away from your bike with your smartphone. This feature physically disengages the gearbox into a neutral position, completely isolating the pedal assembly. In the event of a theft attempt, the pedals spin freely. The electric assistance is deactivated, making the bike impossible to use.

The "Phone as a Key" digital key: hands-free access

Your smartphone transforms into an encrypted, unique and exclusive digital key. Thanks to Bluetooth recognition, the system detects your presence and automatically deactivates the Neutral Lock to allow you an immediate departure. Conversely, as soon as you move away from the vehicle, the system automatically switches back to "Neutral Lock" mode. You have no code to enter, no key to use, no manipulation required: the Bluetooth pairing manages your protection in the background.

Customization and control from your mobile app

The intuitive interface of the mobile app lets you configure all your security settings to adapt protection to your habits, whether for family use or professional fleet management: - Secure access sharing: you can authorize a relative, a colleague or a customer to use the bike by transmitting to them a combination of 4 presses on the Pixel Ride controls. - One Key compatibility: in the event of a prolonged stop, our battery range adapts to the market's security standards. Pair your battery lock with a physical frame anti-theft lock operated via a single key.
